Wie ben jij Jij werkt graag zelfstandig en gestructureerd binnen een dynamische, politiek-bestuurlijke omgeving.

- Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig en weet overzicht te houden, ook als er veel tegelijk gebeurt. - Je bent communicatief sterk en hebt een dienstverlenende, klantgerichte instelling. - Je hebt affiniteit met (lokale) politiek en beschikt over relevante vaktechnische kennis op administratief/secretarieel vlak. - Je bent flexibel ingesteld en vindt het geen probleem als een raadsvergadering een keer uitloopt.

Wat ga je doen Als Medewerker Griffie ondersteun je de griffier en raadsadviseurs bij de secretariële, administratieve en organisatorische voorbereiding van het bestuurlijke proces. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen op rolletjes loopt.

- Ondersteuning van het raadsproces: Je verzamelt en ordent vergaderstukken, plant afspraken in en bewaakt strak de voortgang van actiepunten en verzoeken. - Organisatie & Facilitering: Je helpt bij de praktische organisatie van raadsvergaderingen, bijeenkomsten en andere raadsactiviteiten. - Informatievoorziening & Archivering: Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor vragen over de griffie en zorgt voor een nauwkeurige documentatie en archivering van bestuurlijke stukken.

Waar ga je werken Je komt te werken bij de griffie van Gemeente Den Helder. Waar de ambtelijke organisatie het college van B&W ondersteunt, werkt de griffie exclusief voor én namens de gemeenteraad.
