Wij zijn een unieke werk- en ontmoetingsplek waar professionele horeca en dagbesteding naadloos samenkomen. Binnen ons team bied je niet alleen een topservice aan onze gasten, maar geef je onze bewoners (mensen met een verstandelijke beperking) een veilige plek om betekenisvol werk uit te voeren. Jij bent als vaste gastheer of gastvrouw de stabiele factor die zorgt dat de horeca draait én onze deelnemers floreren. Wat ga je doen? Als vaste kracht ben je het gezicht van Lokaal 12 en onmisbaar voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken. Je ziet toe op een ordelijk en veilig verloop van de werkzaamheden en springt in waar nodig. Jouw takenpakket in een notendop: - Het ultieme visitekaartje: Je ontvangt gasten op een uiterst gastvrije en representatieve manier en zorgt dat het hen aan niets ontbreekt. - Begeleiden op de vloer: Je ondersteunt onze bewoners intensief en met veel geduld, zodat zij zoveel mogelijk zélf bestellingen kunnen opnemen, de lunch kunnen bereiden en afrekenen. - Allround meedraaien: Van de bediening en de bar tot de mise-en-place in de keuken en de spoelkeuken; jij pakt het proactief op. - Kwaliteit waarborgen: Samen met het team zorg je voor een opgeruimde, schone en hygiënische werkvloer (HACCP).
