Als Medewerker HR ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen onze organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat HR-processen soepel verlopen, ondersteunt collega's en managers bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je krijgt daarbij alle kans je verder te ontwikkelen in het HR-vak. Word jij, net zoals wij, blij als alle operationele en administratieve processen vlekkeloos verlopen? Je krijgt te maken met alle aspecten op het gebied van in-, door- en uitstroom. Denk hierbij onder andere aan de volgende werkzaamheden: - Je verzorgt in Youforce de operationele en administratieve afhandeling van in-, door- en uitstroom in samenwerking met managers en externe dienstverleners. - Je signaleert aflopende contracten en stemt met de manager af over te nemen acties; - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor managers en medewerkers bij HR-vraagstukken. Kun je een vraag niet zelf beantwoorden, dan weet je snel de juiste collega of specialist te vinden.
