Medewerker HR administratie 24 uur per week 22 september 2026 30 september 2026 Functieomschrijving: All-round HR medewerker - Gemeente Stichtse Vecht Doel van de functie Binnen het team Mens en Organisatie van Gemeente Stichtse Vecht lever je een actieve bijdrage aan het slimmer en makkelijker maken van de HR-dienstverlening. Je zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers en leidinggevenden professionele en efficiënte ondersteuning ervaren. Je werkt daarbij met het bronsysteem Youforce, gekoppeld aan Ubeoo (recruitment) en Pluspoort (leren & ontwikkelen). Belangrijke thema's zijn instroom, doorstroom en uitstroom, persoonlijke ontwikkeling, verzuim, vitaliteit en een veilig werkklimaat. Het team Mens en Organisatie bestaat vanaf januari uit ruim 25 enthousiaste en betrokken collega's die zich vol overgave inzetten op negen verschillende units. Als HR medewerker werk je nauw samen met diverse units: HR Advies, Recruitment, Vitaliteit & Veiligheid, Rechtspositie en Leren & Ontwikkelen. De andere units in het team zijn: Organisatieadvies, managementondersteuning en PHO-ondersteuning. Kernactiviteiten - Het verder professionaliseren van de personeelsadministratie, met een duidelijke focus op digitalisering van processen en werkzaamheden, met ruimte voor maatwerk bij complexe vraagstukken. - Het zelfstandig afhandelen van veelvoorkomende vragen van medewerkers en leidinggevenden, bijvoorbeeld over verlof, contracten of personeelsgegevens, zodat HR-adviseurs meer ruimte houden voor advies- en beleidsmatige taken. - Het uitvoeren van dagelijkse administratieve werkzaamheden, zoals het verwerken van in- en uitdiensttredingen, contractwijzigingen en personeelsmutaties. - Actief signaleren van mogelijkheden om processen te vereenvoudigen en te verbeteren, zonder dat de continuïteit van de werkzaamheden in gevaar komt.
