HR Administratie 24 uur HR ADMINISTRATIE | 24 UUR | €3.000 Organisatie Een internationale organisatie actief in de mobiliteitsoplossingen met meerdere kantoren in Nederland, waaronder een kantoor in Waalwijk, zoekt een nieuwe HR collega. Net als de rest van de organisatie zijn zij continue in beweging en innovatief. Mede door dit innovatieve karakter is de behoefte aan een nieuwe collega ontstaan. Functie omschrijving In de rol van Medewerker HR Administratie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van overzicht over alle administratieve HR werkzaamheden. Voorbeelden hiervan zijn: arbeidsovereenkomsten sluiten en vernieuwen, ondersteunen bij de salarisrun, verzorging van ziek-/betermeldingen en communicatie met externen zoals het salarisadministratiekantoor. Ook ben je samen met de HR Adviseur de contactpersoon voor medewerkers, managers en externe bedrijven en ondersteun je je HR collega's in de breedste zin van het woord. Locatie Waalwijk Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Ondersteunt tijdens de salarisrun. - Verzorgt ziek-/betermeldingen en bent verantwoordelijk voor de communicatie met belanghebbende partijen. - Bent het gezicht van HR en samen met jouw HR collega's beantwoordt je vragen vanuit medewerkers. - Draagt zorg voor de administratie rondom nieuwe of bestaande arbeidsovereenkomsten, rapportages uitdraaien, uitwerken van vacatureteksten en personeelsgegevens up to date houden. - Verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie van een nieuw HR systeem. Profiel kandidaat Jij bent communicatief, nauwkeurig en iemand die het overzicht goed kan bewaren. Daarnaast ben je minimaal in het bezit van een MBO4 diploma en breng je minimaal 1 jaar relevante ervaring op administratief vlak of HR gebied mee.
