Medewerker HR - ? Over Landal Klein Oisterwijk Op een bijzonder mooie locatie in het Brabantse Oisterwijk ligt Landal Klein Oisterwijk. Hier komen natuur en recreatie samen. Het park is met recht een pareltje te noemen en gaat de komende jaren nog meer schitteren door de nieuwe plannen. In 2022 is gestart met de herontwikkeling en inmiddels zijn er 92 nieuwe luxe vakantielodges gerealiseerd en in de verhuur via Landal. De komende jaren worden de plannen uitgebreid met meer nieuwe vakantielodges en krijgt het park meer centrale faciliteiten. In 2025 is het Lago Restaurant compleet vernieuwd. Het is dé locatie om met familie en vrienden gezellig te ontspannen en te borrelen of te dineren in een sfeervolle setting. Lago heeft ook een ruim terras met uitzicht op het avontureneiland en de vennen. Lago The Beach is bij mooi weer open waar gasten kunnen genieten van de Beachbar omringd met loungebanken in het zand. Ter uitbreiding van ons team zijn we voor LANDAL KLEIN OISTERWIJK/LAGO op zoek naar een: HR MEDEWERKER M/V (20-24 uur) DE FUNCTIE Als HR-medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van het personeelsbeleid binnen onze organisatie. Je verzorgt alle operationele, administratieve en coördinerende HR-werkzaamheden gedurende de volledige employee journey: van in- en doorstroom tot uitdiensttreding. Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor zowel medewerkers als leidinggevenden en ondersteunt hen bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken. Daarnaast draag je zorg voor een correcte toepassing van wet- en regelgeving, de geldende CAO en het interne HR-beleid. Met jouw nauwkeurigheid, betrokkenheid en proactieve houding lever je een waardevolle bijdrage aan een professionele en prettige werkomgeving. WERKZAAMHEDEN Als HR-medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor een breed en afwisselend takenpakket.
