Jij bent de spil tussen zorg en facilitaire dienstverlening. Ben jij servicegericht, heb je oog voor een veilige en goed functionerende werkomgeving én kun je goed schakelen tussen verschillende zaken? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou! Als medewerker huisvesting & facilitair draag je dagelijks bij aan een prettig werk- en behandelklimaat binnen onze zorglocaties. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt op locatie voor collega's, cliënten en leveranciers als het gaat om gebouwbeheer, onderhoud, veiligheid en facilitaire vragen. Met jouw signalerende en oplossingsgerichte houding zorg je dat verstoringen tijdig worden opgelost en toekomstige klachten worden voorkomen. Wat ga je doen? Je ondersteunt en organiseert de dienstverlening op jouw locatie(s) namens het cluster Huisvesting & Facilitair. Je werkt volgens de kernwaarden van ons cluster: eigenaarschap, proactiviteit en nabijheid. - Je signaleert en verhelpt eerstelijns (technische) storingen; - Je begeleidt de uitvoering van (uitbesteed) onderhoud en kleine verhuizingen; - Je voert beheermaatregelen uit of bewaakt deze, zoals legionellapreventie en het periodiek lopen van veiligheidsrondes; - Je adviseert over vervangingen van inventaris en onderhoud van panden en zorgt voor naleving van afspraken en veiligheidsrichtlijnen; - Je onderhoudt actief contact met leveranciers, interne collega's en cliënten en bewaakt de voortgang van werkzaamheden.
