Vanuit Scheveningen beheren wij een portefeuille woningen, winkels, kantoren en bedrijfsruimten in zowel Nederland als Duitsland. Wij geloven dat goed onderhouden vastgoed ook goede huurders trekt. Daarom richten wij ons niet alleen op de groei van de portefeuille maar ook op de kwalitatieve verbetering en verduurzaming daarvan. Ons kantoor is gevestigd op een mooie locatie op loopafstand van het Kurhaus. De cultuur is open en informeel. Dit ben jij

Je bent fulltime beschikbaar en beschikt verder over:

- een financiële of administratieve opleiding op minimaal mbo niveau;

- relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie;

- kennis van huurrecht en overige relevante wet- en regelgeving;

Dit ga je doen

Als Medewerker huuradministratie verzorg je samen met jouw collega’s de gehele huuradministratie voor onze Nederlandse vastgoedportefeuille. Je maakt deel uit van een team van 5 collega’s dat intensief samenwerkt om de huuradministratie en huurincasso zo optimaal mogelijk te laten verlopen.

Jij ondersteunt bij

- de vastlegging van huurcontracten, mutaties en opzeggingen in ons vastgoed managementsysteem;

- de maandelijkse prolongatie en facturatie van de huurcontracten;

- het verwerken van de huurontvangsten en huurachterstanden;

- de periodieke huurverhoging;

- de afrekening van de servicekosten;

- het onderhouden van contacten met de diverse externe vastgoedbeheerd
