En krijg jij er energie van om onze gebruikers hierin wegwijs te maken en te ondersteunen? Dan ben jij misschien wel de medewerker ICT die we zoeken! Wie ben jij? Je bent een proactieve allrounder die zowel goed is met techniek als met mensen. Je bent stressbestendig, kunt goed samenwerken en je bent resultaat- en oplossingsgericht. Je werkt gestructureerd en overzichtelijk. Ook ben je in staat om zelfstandig je werk te organiseren. Je hebt een ICT-opleiding op minimaal MBO-4 niveau afgerond en hebt aantoonbaar HBO-werkniveau. Je hebt kennis van Microsoft producten, waaronder Windows Server, AD, Microsoft 365, Exchange en hebt daarmee minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring. Verder heb je liefst ook kennis van ITIL en van andere hard- en software waar het Gelders Archief mee werkt, zoals Veeam, Oracle, SQL en actieve netwerkcomponenten. Je beheerst de Engelse taal voldoende om documentatie te doorgronden. Naast bovenstaande herken je je in de kerncompetenties van de organisatie: klantgerichtheid, sensitiviteit, samenwerken, aanpassingsvermogen, zelfontwikkeling en integriteit. Wat ga je doen? Als medewerker ICT beheer en ontwikkel je samen met de Beheerder ICT de hele ICT-omgeving. Hierbij richt de beheerder zich met name op strategische en tactische keuzes en het beheer van de netwerkinfrastructuur. De medewerker houdt zich met name bezig met het werkplekbeheer en de gebruikersondersteuning.
