Jouw rol als Medewerker Inside Sales Automotive Als Medewerker Binnendienst ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en ondersteun je het binnendienstteam bij de dagelijkse orderafhandeling en klantcommunicatie. Je leert het vak van binnenuit: van het verwerken van orders en offertes tot het correct en tijdig beantwoorden van klantvragen. Onder begeleiding van ervaren collega's bouw je stap voor stap je kennis van de processen, systemen en producten op, binnen de Automotive branche (automobiel, scheepvaart, offshore, spuiterijen, lakstraten etc.) Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Telefonisch en schriftelijk onderhouden van klantcontact over orders, leveringen en productvragen - Verwerken van orders in het ERP-systeem (AFAS) - Opstellen van offertes / orders - Bijhouden en actualiseren van klantgegevens en orderinformatie ERP systeem AFAS - Samenwerken met interne afdelingen zoals logistiek, inkoop en administratie Wat breng jij mee? - 40 uur beschikbaar per week (fulltime) - Een afgeronde MBO 4 / HBO opleiding - Communicatief sterk; - Je werkt nauwkeurig; - Stressbestendigheid en flexibele instelling; ...
