Bij adVee Dierenartsen zoeken we een medewerker Interne Communicatie & Marketing. De focus ligt op het versterken van de interne communicatie en het verbinden van collega's. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het initiëren, ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van externe communicatie- en marketingactiviteiten die bijdragen aan de zichtbaarheid en positionering van onze groeiende organisatie. Vacature Medewerker Interne Communicatie en Marketing Bouw jij mee aan de groei en zichtbaarheid van een ambitieuze dierenartsenorganisatie? adVee en Aadal vormen samen een gemengde dierenartsenpraktijk waar hoogwaardige zorg voor landbouwhuisdieren én gezelschapsdieren centraal staat. Met specialistische teams voor pluimvee, varkens, herkauwers en vleeskalveren bij adVee en een professioneel team gezelschapsdierenartsen en paraveterinairen bij Aadal, bieden wij brede eerstelijns- en tweedelijnszorg. In totaal werken bij ons ruim 40 dierenartsen. Met eigen apotheken, een goed uitgerust laboratorium en meerdere locaties combineren we deskundigheid met korte lijnen, samenwerking en een prettige werksfeer. 24 - 28 HBO werk- en denkniveau Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring Wat ga je doen? In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de interne communicatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers goed geïnformeerd en betrokken blijven en draagt bij aan een sterke positionering van adVee. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Coördineren verder ontwikkelen van de interne communicatie, waaronder het intranet - Schrijven, redigeren en verspreiden van nieuwsberichten, interviews en andere communicatie-uitingen - Coördineren en uitvoeren van communicatie rondom organisatieontwikkelingen, veranderingen en projecten - Versterken van de kernwaarden, visie en miss...
