Als medewerker kaai ben je een belangrijke schakel bij de ontvangst van binnenkomende bestellingen. Jij controleert of de geleverde goederen correct zijn en voldoen aan de verwachte kwaliteit en hoeveelheid.

Wanneer je een tekortkoming vaststelt, meld je dit onmiddellijk en werk je samen met aankoop en/of de leverancier om tot een oplossing te komen.

  • Ontvangen van binnenkomende bestellingen.
  • Controleren van de hoeveelheid en kwaliteit van de geleverde goederen.
  • Nagaan of de ontvangen goederen overeenkomen met de bestelling.
  • Tekorten, beschadigingen of andere afwijkingen onmiddellijk signaleren.
  • Vastgestelde tekortkomingen correct doorgeven aan de betrokken collega's.
  • Bij tekorten samen met de aankoopdienst en/of leverancier zoeken naar een passende oplossing.
  • Mee zorgen voor een vlotte verwerking van de binnenkomende goederen.
  • Fysiek meehelpen bij de ontvangst en verwerking van leveringen.
  • Zorgen voor orde en overzicht op en rond de kaai.
  • Afwisselend bijspringen waar nodig.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht.
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en merkt snel afwijkingen op.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en/of Frans.
  • Je kan zelfstandig jouw werkzaamheden plannen en uitvoeren.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Fysiek werk vormt voor jou geen probleem.
  • Je houdt van een gevarieerd takenpakket.
  • Je bent geboeid door de groensector.
  • Ervaring met een heftruck is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste...
  • Je bent betrouwbaar en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw werk.
