In de functie van medewerker KCC bij de gemeente Leiderdorp draait alles om contact, flexibiliteit en samenwerken. Geen dag is hetzelfde, en precies dat maakt het werk leuk. Je werkt flexibel afwisselend aan de telefoon, achter de receptie en aan de balie van Burgerzaken, precies die afwisseling die jouw werkdag interessant maakt! Je helpt inwoners, ondernemers en organisaties via telefoon, balie, receptie of digitaal. Van geboorteaangifte tot bouwvergunning, van paspoortaanvraag tot melding over een kapotte stoeptegel - jij regelt het of weet precies waar je ze moet doorverwijzen. Door de juiste vragen te stellen, ontdek je wat mensen écht nodig hebben en begeleid je hen naar de beste oplossing. Soms is dat een snelle doorverwijzing, soms neem je zelf direct actie. Wat maakt jouw werk extra leuk? Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene keer help je een kersverse vader of moeder met een geboorteaangifte, de volgende keer beantwoord je vragen over de nieuwe speeltuin in de wijk.
