Je komt terecht in een klein en hecht administratief team.

Als Medewerker Klantendienst ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en medewerkers. Je combineert veel telefonische contacten met administratie en ondersteuning van de planning.

Je taken bestaan uit:

  • Je behandelt inkomende telefoons van klanten.
  • Je luistert naar de klant en brengt de situatie correct in kaart.
  • Je verzamelt de nodige informatie over de opdracht of het probleem.
  • Je denkt mee en zoekt naar een geschikte oplossing.
  • Je ondersteunt de planning als back-up.
  • Je houdt rekening met regio, dringendheid, medewerkers, wagens, materiaal en timing.
  • Je zorgt dat de juiste informatie bij de medewerkers op de baan terechtkomt.
  • Je behandelt vragen en opmerkingen van klanten en medewerkers.
  • Je voert administratieve taken uit en verwerkt gegevens nauwkeurig.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's.

Telefonie is een belangrijk onderdeel van de functie. Op drukke dagen kunnen er 70 tot 80 oproepen zijn. Bij zware neerslag kan dit oplopen tot ongeveer 120 oproepen.

Je moet snel kunnen schakelen en prioriteiten kunnen stellen. Gezond verstand, logisch nadenken en durven overleggen zijn belangrijk.

Ook het commerciële aspect speelt een rol. Je bespreekt op een correcte manier wat mogelijk is bij dringende interventies en kunt indien nodig een oplossing met meerkost voorstellen.
