Help klanten met bankzaken en groei door met een betaalde training. Wat ga je doen? Als Medewerker Klantenservice bij ABN AMRO in Breda help jij particuliere klanten met vragen over hun bankzaken. Je helpt hen met vragen over bijvoorbeeld betaalrekeningen, de mobiele app, betalingen en internetbankieren. Door goed te luisteren en de juiste vragen te stellen, zorg jij ervoor dat iedere klant duidelijk geholpen wordt. Waarom werken bij ABN AMRO? Je komt terecht in een organisatie waar volop aandacht is voor jouw ontwikkeling. Op 26 oktober start je met de betaalde onboardingdag, inclusief het behalen van je Wft Basis. Vervolgens begin je op 2 november aan een 6-weekse interne training op locatie (28 uur per week), zodat je goed voorbereid aan de slag kunt. Je krijgt begeleiding, leert steeds meer over de financiële wereld en krijgt de kans om binnen ABN AMRO verder te groeien. Daarnaast werk je samen met enthousiaste collega's en is er na jouw inwerkperiode de mogelijkheid om deels vanuit huis te werken. Ervaring binnen de bank is niet nodig, want ABN AMRO zorgt ervoor dat jij goed voorbereid begint. Dit breng jij mee Je bent iemand die graag contact heeft met mensen en energie krijgt van het helpen van klanten. Jij blijft rustig, ook wanneer een vraag ingewikkeld is, en denkt altijd mee richting een oplossing. Verder ben je nieuwsgierig, leergierig en klaar om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
