Een klant met autopech, een probleem onderweg of een andere hulpvraag: op zulke momenten is het fijn als iemand rustig luistert en weet wat er moet gebeuren. Als klantenservicemedewerker bij de ANWB Alarmcentrale ben jij die persoon.

Je hebt telefonisch contact met klanten van verschillende zakelijke partners van de ANWB. Je luistert naar het verhaal, stelt de juiste vragen en zoekt uit welke hulp nodig is. Met jouw klantgerichte en oplossingsgerichte houding zorg je ervoor dat de klant goed wordt geholpen.

Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je krijgt te maken met verschillende klanten, situaties en vragen. Daarom is het belangrijk dat je goed kunt schakelen, rustig blijft en duidelijk communiceert.

Je werkt binnen een 24/7 omgeving, waardoor je flexibel inzetbaar bent voor dag-, avond- en nachtdiensten. Ook werken in weekenden en op feestdagen hoort bij de functie.

Je start met een uitgebreide opleiding en wordt daarna goed begeleid tijdens je inwerkperiode. Wanneer je volledig bent ingewerkt, is er de mogelijkheid om deels vanuit huis te werken.

- Je hebt minimaal mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau.

- Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

- Je bent 16 tot 32 uur per week beschikbaar.

- Je bent flexibel inzetbaar voor dag-, avond- en nachtdiensten.

- Je bent bereid om regelmatig in het weekend en op feestdagen te werken.

- Je bent beschikbaar om 16 november 2026 te starten.

- Je bent klantgericht en communicatief sterk.

- Je kunt goed luisteren, doorvragen en snel schakelen.

- Je bent oplossingsgericht en stressbestendig.

- Je vindt het prettig om te werken in een dynamische 24/7 omgeving.
