Over de functie Als medewerker Kwaliteit & Beleid draag je bij aan de ontwikkeling, borging en verbetering van de kwaliteit van zorg en dienstverlening. Vanuit een adviserende, analyserende en verbindende rol ondersteun je het middenkader, managementteam en bestuur bij beleidsontwikkeling, organisatiebrede verbeteringen en vraagstukken op het gebied van kwaliteit en bedrijfsvoering. Je werkt voornamelijk vanuit onze locatie De Dilgt in Haren waarbij werken op andere locaties en thuiswerken ook tot de mogelijkheden behoort. Je neemt desgevraagd deel aan ZINNbrede projecten op het gebied van kwaliteit en beleid; neemt deel aan commissies en werkgroepen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het signaleren, analyseren en duiden van kwaliteitsinformatie, risico's, ontwikkelingen en verbeterkansen en het adviseren van de Raad van Bestuur, het management en leidinggevenden over kwaliteit, veiligheid en organisatieontwikkeling; - Het ontwikkelen, implementeren en evalueren van beleid, kwali...
