In deze zeer veelzijdige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor een breed en afwisselend takenpakket. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de opdrachtgevers en de huurders, en weet goed samen te werken met leveranciers en onderaannemers. Je bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor: - Het verzorgen van de opnames en inspecties van woningen - Opstellen van calculaties voor de uit te voeren werkzaamheden - Verzorgen van de werkvoorbereiding - De werken in uitvoering begeleiden - Opstellen van meer- en minderwerk overzichten - Financiele administratie verzorgen Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Afgeronde bouwkundige opleiding op MBO/HBO nuiveau - 5 Tot 10 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie - Brede kennis van renovatie en onderhoud - Ruime ervaring met het opstellen van calculaties - Je bent zeer gedreven in je vak, je beschikt over een open houding en zeer goede communicatieve vaardigheden Functieoverzicht . Opleidingsniveau HBO Aanbod: - - Goede primaire en secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden - Een zeer veelzijdige en dynamische baan bij een groeiende organisatie Bedrijfsprofiel .
