Medewerker Notariële Praktijk m/v Wij zoeken een proactieve medewerker voor onze notariële sectie die punctueel is, kan schakelen tussen uiteenlopende dossiers en werkzaamheden. Jij ondersteunt het notariaat op de vakgebieden ondernemings- en vastgoedrecht. Je ziet wat er moet gebeuren voordat iemand erom vraagt en haalt voldoening uit een werkdag waarin alles op rolletjes loopt. Herken je jezelf hierin? Dan leren we je graag kennen. Wij zijn een dynamisch kantoor in de bouw- en vastgoedsector, waar geen werkdag hetzelfde is. Bij DUDOK werk je samen met notarissen, kandidaat-notarissen, advocaten en fiscalisten. Iedereen heeft zijn eigen expertise, maar we doen het samen. De sfeer is informeel, de lijnen zijn kort en de deur staat altijd open. Wat ga je doen? • Raadplegen van registers zoals het Kadaster, BRP, het curateleregister, het faillissementsregister, uittreksels/statuten opvragen bij de Kamer van Koophandel. • Passeerklaar maken van de akten. • Diverse taken ter afhandeling van het dossier (versturen van stukken naar cliënten/wijzigingen doorvoeren bij de Kamer van Koophandel), akten klaarzetten voor het Kadaster en KvK. • Werkzaamheden met betrekking tot de identificatie van cliënten conform de Wwft-regelgeving. • (Eerste) telefonisch aanspreekpunt voor cliënten en externe instanties. • Aanmaken, bijhouden en archiveren van dossiers. • Verzorgen van legalisaties en bevoegdheidsverklaringen. • Bijhouden van repertorium. Wie ben jij? • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een ondersteunende functie, bij voorkeur binnen de zakelijke dienstverlening. • Ervaring in het notariaat is een pré, maar geen eis: je bent bereid het notariële werk snel eigen te maken. • Je hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau; een relevante MBO-4 opleiding met aantoonbare ervaring is ook welkom. • Je toont een leergierige, flexibele instelling en neemt verantwoordelijkheid. • Je werkt graag samen in teamverband en communiceert duidelijk en prof...
