Word medewerker ondersteunende diensten bij Expo Houten! Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles op het juiste moment op de juiste plek is. Kom dan ons team versterken! Jouw werkplek Een top-event vraagt om een toplocatie. Met maar liefst 10.000 m² aan gestoffeerde hallen is Expo Houten dé perfecte locatie voor publieks- en vakbeurzen. Wij hebben diverse vaste horecapunten, Restaurant Squarefood, Expo Café en Lounge en Wilgenbar. Naast deze vaste punten bieden wij ook banqueting en standcatering opties aan. Het assortiment wordt aangepast naar de wensen van de gast. Het aantal bezoekers varieert dagelijks tussen 2-5000 per dag. Expo Houten is 7 dagen per week geopend, de tijden zijn afhankelijk van de evenementen die worden georganiseerd. Jouw team Het team bestaat uit 6 collega's onder leiding van een horecamanager. Er is een assistent horecamanager, floormanager, chefkok, kok, eerste medewerker een en aantal horecamedewerkers. Een team dat hard werkt en druk bezig is om de mooiste evenementen neer te zetten. Jouw functie Als medewerker ondersteunende diensten bij Expo Hallen, Houten zorg jij ervoor dat alle horecaoutlets en logistieke plekken op tijd worden voorzien van de juiste materialen en foodproducten. Je bent een belangrijke schakel achter de schermen en zorgt ervoor dat alles netjes, verzorgd en soepel verloopt. Als medewerker ondersteunende diensten: - Transporteer je materialen, eten en bestellingen door het gehele pand en/of terrein en zorg je dat alle outlets op tijd worden bevoorraad; - Controleer je bestellingen aan de hand van pakbonnen en bewaak je de kwaliteit van de geleverde producten; - Controleer je facturen en signaleer je eventuele afwijkingen; - Houd je magazijnen en logistieke ruimtes schoon, netjes en georganiseerd; - Denk je vooruit, si...
