Taken: - Het verzorgen van aanvragen en opdrachten alsmede invoeren en opvolging hiervan; - Coördinatie met inkoop en werkvoorbereiding; - Het up-to-date houden van prijslijsten en informatie over een klant. - Klachtenbehandeling en registratie hiervan; contact hierover houden met kwaliteit, betrokken afdelingen en opvolging richting klant. - Uitdraaien picklisten van nieuwe orders. - Nieuwe orders verdelen over inkoop/werkvoorbereiding, incl. voorraadcontrole en controle dat order op elke benodigde afdeling is geweest. - Bevestigen van levertijden en prijzen naar opdrachtgevers en evt. terugkoppeling naar verkoop. - Bewaking levertijden. - Aanmaken vrachtbrieven en exportdocumenten. - Factureren; - Up to date houden van orderfiles. Functie-eisen Profiel: - Minimaal MBO diploma richting administratie; - Goede beheersing van MS Office pakket. - Goede beheersing van de Engelse schriftelijk als mondeling. - Een aantal jaren werkervaring in een soortgelijke administratieve functie; - Een commerciële instelling; klant- en resultaatgericht. - Communicatief vaardig; op verschillende niveaus als prettige gesprekspartner kunnen profileren. - Zowel goed zelfstandig als in teamverband kunnen werken. - Snel kunnen schakelen tussen verschillende onderdelen van de functie. - Gestructureerd, accuraat, pro-actief en flexibel.
