Medewerker orderverwerking Automotive - Categorie Administratief / Secretarieel - Branch Overig - Locatie 's-Gravenhage - Type aanvraag Uitzendbasis, uitzicht op vaste dienst - Uren per week 32 - 40 - Niveau MBO/HBO - Ervaring Van 1 tot 2 jaar, Van 2 tot 5 jaar - Salaris €2980 - €3400 per maand Ben jij administratief sterk, houd je gemakkelijk overzicht en heb je affiniteit met auto's? Als medewerker orderverwerking begeleid je bestellingen van leaseauto's van begin tot eind. Je controleert de order, zoekt uit waar de gewenste auto beschikbaar is, plaatst de bestelling en bewaakt de voortgang tot aan de levering. Zo zorg jij ervoor dat de klant de juiste auto ontvangt en dat alles administratief goed wordt afgehandeld. Omschrijving Zodra een bestelling voor een leaseauto binnenkomt, controleer je of alle gegevens compleet en correct zijn. Denk hierbij aan het merk, model, de uitvoering, kleur en aanvullende opties. Vervolgens zoek je uit waar de gewenste auto beschikbaar is en bij welke dealer of leverancier deze tegen de juiste voorwaarden kan worden besteld. Na het plaatsen van de bestelling blijf je betrokken bij het gehele proces. Je houdt de levertijd in de gaten, verwerkt eventuele wijzigingen en onderneemt actie als informatie ontbreekt of een levering vertraging oploopt. Hiervoor heb je regelmatig contact met dealers, leveranciers, klanten en wagenparkbeheerders. Daarnaast controleer je orderbevestigingen en facturen, voer je nacalculaties uit en zorg je ervoor dat ieder dossier administratief correct wordt afgerond. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Controleren en verwerken van orders voor nieuwe leaseauto's; - Controleren of het merk, model, de uitvoering en gekozen opties juist zijn; - Nagaan waar de gewenste auto beschikbaar is; - Vergelijken van beschikbaarheid, levertijden, prijzen en voorwaarden; - Plaatsen van bestellingen bij dealers en leveranciers; - Bewaken van de voortgang van bestelling tot lever...
