Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een Voltijdse Medewerker Payroll (M/V/X) voor een firma gelegen in Tienen.

Het gaat om een functie met zicht op vast contract. Ben je het in de file staan beu? Dit bedrijf geniet van een zeer goede bereikbaarheid & de ligging in file is tégen de richting van de file naar Brussel in!

Onze klant is een gekende internationale speler actief in de autosector. Het bedrijf is bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer (trein & bus) en er is ook parking. Je komt terecht in een fijn team met leuke collega's. Na de inwerkperiode kan je één dag per week van thuis uit werken.

Functieomschrijving:

Als voltijdse Medewerker Payroll heb je de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je verzorgt samen met je collega de payroll van een 150-tal Belgische collega's;
  • Daarnaast verzorg je de payroll van de werknemers in de andere Europese landen. Hiervoor krijg je specifieke opleiding;
  • Je staat in voor de samenwerking met de verschillende sociale secretariaten;
  • Je beantwoordt vragen van werknemers over sociale wetgeving;
  • Je verwerkt afwezigheden van werknemers, ziekte, verlofaanvragen en andere specifieke stelsels correct in de systemen;
  • Je beheert de groeps- en hospitalisatieverzekeringen van de werknemers;
  • Je verzorgt de algemene administratie aangaande de benefits/extralegale voordelen van de werknemers en houdt per werknemer het overzicht bij;
  • Je houdt alle gegevens bij in Workday.
  • Je biedt ondersteuning bij interne audits & neemt deel aan HR-projecten.

Profiel van de kandidaat:

De vereiste kwalificaties als Voltijdse Medewerker Payroll zijn:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma;
  • Je hebt minimum 3 jaar ervaring in payrolladministratie;
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Engels. Daarnaast spreek je idealiter Nederlands, Duits, Frans of Italiaans.
  • Je hebt kennis van sociale wetgeving. Dit kan de Belgische sociale wetgeving zijn, maar ook Nederlandse, Franse, Duitse, Italiaanse of Britse sociale wetgeving is relevant.
  • Tienen is vlot bereikbaar voor jou - je wordt 4 dagen per week op kantoor verwacht.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, met oog voor detail;
  • Je hebt ervaring met HR-software systemen, bvb met Workday.
  • Je bent service minded.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig.
