Wat ga je doen Als medewerker personeelsadministratie ben je, samen met je collega's van de salarisadministratie en de adviseurs HR verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoer en administratie van het interne personeelsbeleid. Je komt te werken bij de afdeling Administraties, hier zijn verschillende teams werkzaam die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de contributie-administratie, personeels- en salarisadministratie en de financiële administratie van CNV en James b.v.. Het team personeelsadministratie bestaat uit 2 medewerkers. Je bent samen met je collega verantwoordelijk voor een soepele verwerking van alle mutaties rondom de dienstverbanden van ca. 550 collega's. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor zowel leidinggevenden als de medewerkers m.b.t. vragen van de cao en andere personele regelingen. Je beheert de personeelsdossiers, levert rapportages, onderhoudt de handleidingen en voert controlewerkzaamheden uit. Je onderhoud contact met externe organisaties zoals het UWV.
