Ben jij administratief sterk, houd je overzicht en krijg je energie van het ondersteunen van projecten van begin tot eind? Ben je op zoek naar een fulltime baan in Aalten? Dan is dit de functie voor jou!

Wat ga je doen? Als logistiek medewerker project support ondersteun je de project- en salesafdeling bij de administratieve en logistieke afhandeling van klantprojecten.

Jouw werkzaamheden zijn als volgt:

- Je verwerkt en beheert projectadministratie in ERP- en CRM systemen - Je verwerkt orders, mutaties, planningen en termijnfacturen - Je bewaakt de voortgang van projecten en urenregistratie per order - Je ondersteund bij debiteurenbeheer en onderhoud contact met interne afdelingen en klanten - Je beheert de afdelingsmailbox en telefonische vragen

Wat bieden wij? - Een salaris tussen de €3300 en €3700 euro bruto per maand - Een reiskostenvergoeding van 23 cent per kilometer - 8% vakantietoeslag,25 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV dagen (op fulltime basis) - Pensioenopbouw per direct - Toegang tot de Adecco Academy, een online systeem met 150+ trainingen en cursussen

Waar ga je werken? Het bedrijf is de specialist en marktleider in automatische deuren en deursystemen. Deze deuren worden verkocht aan klanten in de medische of voedingssector. Een zeer interessante nichemarkt met veel kansen, dat een enorme groei in het vooruitzicht heeft.

Uniek aan het bedrijf is dat zowel alle kantoorfuncties, de R&D en productie plaats vinden onder een dak. Het bedrijf is een informeel Achterhoeks bedrijf dat de team sfeer erg belangrijk vindt. Zo is er ook een personeelsvereniging die regelmatig leuke events organiseert.

Wat vragen wij? - Je hebt ervaring met administratieve logistieke werkzaamheden - Je hebt kennis van export- en douanedocumentatie - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal (Engels en Duits zijn ook mooi meegenomen!)
