Medewerker recruitment - 24 tot 40 uur - Nieuwegein, regio Utrecht Over het bedrijf Ben jij op zoek naar een uitdagende, afwisselende en ondersteunende regelfunctie binnen de commerciële arbeidsbemiddeling? Voor de vestiging Nieuwegein ben jij dé enthousiaste spin in het web.

Over de functie Als medewerker recruitment ondersteun jij dagelijks bij allerlei werkzaamheden om zo de collega's op de vestiging te ontlasten en bij te dragen aan het resultaat. Je verricht werkzaamheden op het gebied van verkoop en inkoop. Zo ben je regelmatig buiten de deur om bedrijventerreinen in kaart te brengen en bel je potentiële relaties. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt van de vestiging, wat inhoudt dat je verantwoordelijk bent voor het inkomende telefoonverkeer. Ook neem je binnenkomende sollicitaties in behandeling, verzorg je uitnodigingen en afwijzingen en help jij mee met zoeken naar nieuwe profielen voor de openstaande vacatures. Met deze kandidaten plan je vervolgens een afspraak en voer je een kennismakingsgesprek. Met als doel; het voorstellen van deze kandidaat op een interessante vacature. Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor de (hr-)administratie en ondersteun je bij het opmaken van vacatureteksten, die je vervolgens op externe jobboards plaatst. Je bent proactief en ondersteunt de Intercedent op het gebied van administratie, inkoop en verkoop.
