Hotel & Conferentiecentrum Landgoed Zonheuvel zoekt een enthousiaste Medewerker Reserveringen (fulltime/parttime) die het leuk vindt om het eerste aanspreekpunt te zijn voor onze gasten en zakelijke klanten. Werken op een landgoed - letterlijk Landgoed Zonheuvel is geen doorsnee hotel of conferentiecentrum. Hier loop je vanuit kantoor zo het bos in (handig tijdens je pauze), werk je op een historisch landgoed in een leuk team met fijne collega's, en help je gasten die komen voor trainingen, vergaderingen óf gewoon om even op te laden in de natuur. Als Medewerker Reserveringen ben jij de spil van het reserveringsproces. Jij: - onderhoudt telefonisch en per e-mail contact met bedrijven en organisaties; - inventariseert wensen en behoeften rondom meetings, bijeenkomsten en events; - plant afspraken en rondleidingen met potentiële opdrachtgevers; - volgt leads, aanvragen en uitgebrachte offertes actief op; - adviseert over onze mogelijkheden, ruimtes, arrangementen en faciliteiten; - verwerkt en houdt klantinformatie en afspraken nauwkeurig bij; - zorgt voor een optimale klantbeleving, van aanvraag tot evenement; - schakelt direct met collega's van Front Office, Sales en F&B; - bewaakt planningen, opties, offertes en bevestigingen; - signaleert commerciële kansen en draagt zo bij aan een optimale bezettingsgraad én tevreden gasten.
