Hotel TwentySeven, met een Michelinster bekroond Restaurant Bougainville en Bar TwentySeven is een bestemming en toevluchtsoord, waar alles mogelijk is voor onze gasten. Het laat de gast versteld staan van unieke hospitality dat bestaat uit volledig gepersonaliseerde services, om aan de wensen en verlangens van onze gasten te voldoen. Naast onze gasten zijn onze medewerkers erg belangrijk. Nieuwe collega's krijgen een warm welkom en we zorgen samen voor een werkplek waar elke medewerker zich veilig en thuis voelt.Jij bent een teamplayer en een talent in de administratie. Naast goede communicatie naar collega's en gasten, werk je ook zeer accuraat. Je bent iemand die graag alles tot in details regelt. Je hebt een geweldig inlevingsvermogen en je weet tussen de regels door te lezen. Verder weet je van aanpakken, hou je van orde en netheid en ben je stressbestendig. Tot slot spreek je vloeiend de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, meerdere talen is zeker een pre. Ook heb je (meerdere jaren) werkervaring op de afdeling Reserveringen en heb je kennis van het reserveringssysteem Opera.Kort gezegd dit ga je doen: • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aannemen en afhandelen van reserveringen voor Hotel TwentySeven; • Ook voor het Restaurant Bougainville* neem je reserveringen in behandeling; • Je houdt de prijzen en beschikbaarheid in de gaten en past de prijzen aan waar nodig; • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het correct aannemen en verwerken van reserveringen en betalingen; • Je denkt mee met de gast en weet wat hij/zij nodig heeft.
