Impact maken Je bent dé specialist in salarisadministratie en krijgt volop ruimte om processen slimmer in te richten en verbeteringen door te voeren. Hecht team Je komt te werken in een jong en enthousiast team met korte lijnen, veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief en collega's die elkaar graag helpen. Jouw baan als Medewerker Salarisadministratie In deze functie verzorg jij de salarisadministratie voor 20 interne medewerkers en circa 140 interim- en detacheringsprofessionals. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat er zeker niet alleen voor. Zo schakel je regelmatig met jouw collega's van Finance, HR en verschillende externe partijen. Daarnaast fungeer je als aanspreekpunt voor collega's en professionals bij vragen over salaris, contracten en loonstroken. Vanuit jouw expertise denk je actief mee over het slimmer, sneller en efficiënter inrichten van de salarisprocessen in AFAS. Dit ga je doen: - Salarisverwerking Je verwerkt zelfstandig de salarisadministratie en alle bijbehorende mutaties. - Verlof, verzuim & eindafrekeningen Je registreert verlof en verzuim en verzorgt eindafrekeningen. - Contract -en salariswijzigingen Je verwerkt wijzigingen in contracten, projecten en salarissen. - Correcte loonstroken Je zorgt ervoor dat wijzigingen correct en tijdig worden vertaald naar de loonstrook. - Controles & audits Je ondersteunt bij de documentatie en voorbereiding van periodieke controles en audits. Dit ben jij Je haalt energie uit een complexe salarisadministratie. Ook wanneer meerdere looncomponenten en vraagstukken samenkomen, behoud je het overzicht en zorg je...
