Werk je daarnaast graag met Excel en verschillende systemen? Dan maken we graag kennis met jou. Als Medewerker Sales Operations bij Fresh 'n Rebel ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen onze Account Managers, klanten, het warehouse, vervoerders, Inkoop en Finance. Je verwerkt en controleert gegevens, houdt overzichten bil, signaleert afwijkingen en denkt actief mee over slimmere en efficiëntere processen. Wat ga je doen? Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Verwerken en controleren van klantorders; - Boeken en monitoren van zendingen bij vervoerders en verzendplatforms; - Verwerken van e-commerce orders en retouren vanuit onze eigen webshop en diverse marketplaces zoals Amazon, Bol.com en Media Markt; - Afhandelen en monitoren van retourzendingen; - Verwerken van RMA-aanvragen van retailklanten en distributeurs; - Onderzoeken van fouten, afwijkingen en klachten bij leveringen; - Afhandelen van credits en verschilmeldingen; - Beantwoorden van vragen over voorraad, prijzen, backorders, facturen en leveringen; - Onderhouden van klantgegevens en commerciële afspraken; - Signaleren van knelpunten en verbeteren van bestaande processen. Wie zoeken wij? Jij werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en proactief. Je houdt van aanpakken, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en blijft ook bij drukte goed georganiseerd. Daarnaast: - Heb je minimaal een afgeronde mbo-opleiding in een commerciële of bedrijf administratieve richting; - Heb je drie tot vijf jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie; - Heb je goede commerciële en communicatieve vaardighed...
