Met jouw commerciële blik, klantgerichte houding en georganiseerde manier van werken, weet je aanvragen niet alleen goed te behandelen, maar ook succesvol om te zetten in boekingen. Of het nu gaat om kinderfeestjes, vrijgezellenuitjes, familiedagen, schoolreisjes, bedrijfsuitjes of grootschalige evenementen, jij bent degene die alles van A tot Z regelt. Dankzij jouw inzet genieten onze gasten zorgeloos van hun speciale momenten in De Uithof, van het eerste contact tot de uitvoering. Je duikt in ons reserveringssysteem om offertes uit te werken, bevestigingen te versturen en het hele proces van A tot Z te bewaken. Je zorgt dat de klant op de dag zelf nergens meer over na hoeft te denken. Bovendien stap je regelmatig de werkvloer op om partijen te begeleiden, de puntjes op de i te zetten en ervoor te zorgen dat alles vlekkeloos verloopt. Geen dag is hetzelfde in ons dynamische sport- en leisurecomplex! Jouw takenpakket als Medewerker Sales & Reserveringen is gevarieerd en bestaat onder andere uit: - Beheren van aanvragen: Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor potentiële bezoekers en behandelt proactief alle reserveringsaanvragen via telefoon en e-mail. Van kleine aanvragen zoals kinderfeestjes tot grote groepsreserveringen voor bedrijfsuitjes, schoolreisjes en evenementen. - Offerte- en trajectbeheer: Je stelt nauwkeurige offertes en bevestigingen op, verwerkt deze vakkundig in het reserveringssysteem en bewaakt het gehele traject van aanvraag tot en met de uitvoering. Hierbij volg je openstaande aanvragen actief op. - Klantgericht adviseren: Je adviseert klanten over de diverse mogelijkheden en arrangementen van De Uithof, denkt actief mee om hun wensen te vertalen naar passend evenement en zorgt ervoor dat alles van A tot Z p...
