Samen met je 4 directe collega's zorg je ervoor dat je de klant blij maakt en help je collega's bij vraagstukken op verschillende vlakken. Je bent er dus niet alleen voor klanten. Je helpt klanten en afdelingen binnen Intrapost bij het beantwoorden van vragen en klachten, luistert en komt zo achter klantbehoeften om tot een goed advies te komen. Dit klinkt leuk, en als jij dat ook vindt en jouw specialistisch advies kunt omzetten in krachtige telefoongesprekken, e-mails en handelen dan zien we je graag op gesprek komen.
