Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een soepel proces, duidelijke communicatie en een hoge klanttevredenheid voor iedereen die contact opneemt. - Je ontvangt collega's gastvrij en biedt ondersteuning bij uiteenlopende facilitaire vraagstukken. - Meldingen, reserveringen, cateringaanvragen en storingen verwerk je in Ultimo. - Je coördineert serviceverzoeken en schakelt met andere afdelingen zoals huisvesting en I&I. - De voortgang van openstaande meldingen houd je nauwlettend in de gaten en je zorgt voor een tijdige afhandeling. - Je informeert klanten proactief over de status van hun verzoeken en vraagt om feedback. - Als echte spin in het web krijg je de kans om mee te denken over verbeteringen in dienstverlening en werkprocessen. Waar ga je werken? Je komt te werken bij het Servicebureau, in een team van tien collega's. Het team beschikt over veel kennis en ervaring en kenmerkt zich door een open, proactieve en gastvrije werksfeer. Onze collega's zijn werkzaam in zowel de frontoffice als de backoffice. Je werkt in een dynamische en professionele omgeving waarin samenwerking en kwaliteit centraal staan. Met jouw inzet maak je direct het verschil voor onze medewerkers. Je werkt op zowel de locatie Zwolle als de locatie Meppel, waar je onze medewerkers ondersteunt. Isala wil een vooraanstaand ziekenhuis zijn op het gebied van kwaliteit, niet alleen in medische en verpleegkundige zorg, maar ook in logistiek, service en facilitaire dienstverlening.
