Functieomschrijving: Als medewerker td ben jij de motor achter het productieproces. Je spoort storingen vlot op en repareert defecten direct. Zo draait de fabriek in Heerlen zonder onderbrekingen door.

Je voert daarnaast gepland onderhoud uit aan alle machines. Hiermee voorkom je dat er onverwachte problemen ontstaan. Je noteert al je acties nauwkeurig in het systeem. Ook bespreek je belangrijke zaken met je directe teamgenoten. Je denkt actief mee over slimme verbeteringen op de werkvloer. Zo draag je bij aan een nog beter resultaat voor iedereen.
