Luba Medewerker technisch onderhoud - Leiden - 32 tot 40 uur - Vast - Mbo Ben jij op zoek naar een technische dienst functie met doorgroeimogelijkheden en fulltime zekerheid? Dan is deze technische dienst medewerker baan voor jou! Over het werk Als technische dienst medewerker ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden en repareren van machines en installaties binnen het bedrijf. Je werkt fulltime, tussen de 32 en 40 uur per week, met vaste werktijden doordeweeks. Je krijgt volop mogelijkheden voor training en ontwikkeling, zodat je kunt doorgroeien binnen de technische dienst. De functie is voor onbepaalde tijd, waardoor je kunt rekenen op een stabiele werkomgeving. Je start je werkdag met een kort overleg binnen het team van de technische dienst. Vervolgens ga je aan de slag met preventief onderhoud, los je storingen op en voer je reparaties uit aan het machinepark. Je voert controles uit, signaleert gebreken en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen aan het productieproces. Regelmatig overleg je met collega's van productie en logistiek om ervoor te zorgen dat alles soepel verloopt. Ben jij technisch aangelegd en werk je graag zelfstandig én in teamverband?
