Het maken van hoogwaardig isolatieglas is een fascinerend samenspel tussen geautomatiseerde installaties en menselijk vakmanschap. Binnen deze rol ben jij de bepalende factor die zorgt dat elke machine op het hoogste niveau presteert. Samen met het vakkundige team van de Technische Dienst werk je aan preventief onderhoud, het analyseren van complexe storingen en het proactief doorvoeren van procesverbeteringen. Je komt terecht in een open, betrokken organisatie waar kwaliteit vooropstaat en waar volop ruimte is voor jouw persoonlijke ontwikkeling, eigen inbreng en doorgroeimogelijkheden. Functieomschrijving Als Onderhoudstechnicus bewaak je de technische staat van ons complete machinepark. De werkzaamheden zijn veelzijdig: - Preventief en correctief onderhoud uitvoeren om een constante en hoge productiekwaliteit te waarborgen. - Zelfstandig plannen, uitvoeren en nauwkeurig registreren van periodieke keuringen en inspecties volgens de richtlijnen. - Snel analyseren van complexe machinestoringen en het vakkundig toepassen van passende oplossingen om stilstand te minimaliseren. - Actief meedenken over en initiëren van verbetervoorstellen voor machines en onderhoudsprocessen. - Nauw samenwerken met collega's van de Technische Dienst voor een veilig, betrouwbaar en efficiënt productieproces. - Zorgdragen voor een heldere verslaglegging en administratie van alle uitgevoerde onderhoudswerkzaamheden.
