Iedereen kent elkaar, wat zorgt voor een informele sfeer en korte communicatielijnen. Je merkt snel dat we geen grote organisatie zijn, maar wel een die professioneel werkt en kwaliteit levert. Onze fabriek draait continu, en daarom is technische dienst bij ons ontzettend belangrijk. Zonder onderhoud en snelle oplossingen staat alles stil. We werken praktisch en hands-on: je krijgt de vrijheid om te handelen en te verbeteren, zolang het veilig en doordacht gebeurt. We houden van duidelijke afspraken en een directe aanpak. We nemen veiligheid serieus, maar we verliezen ook niet ons gevoel voor humor. Als er iets onverwachts hapert, dan pakken we het samen aan en lachen we er soms even om (voor we het weer laten draaien). Kortom: een no-nonsense omgeving waar je echt kunt meewerken aan de productie. De Baan Ben jij een service monteur die graag snel en efficiënt problemen oplost? Als Medewerker Technische Dienst ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor technische storingen en onderhoud. Je voert dagelijks preventief onderhoud uit en je staat klaar om storingen in productie snel te verhelpen. Je onderzoekt storingen, bepaalt de oorzaak en zorgt dat de machine zo snel mogelijk weer operationeel is. Daarnaast voer je kleine verbeteringen door om herhaling te voorkomen en draag je bij aan een optimale uptime. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit productie en je denkt mee over verbeteringen binnen het technische proces. En ja, we kennen het technische dienst-wetje: "Als je denkt dat je alles hebt gecontroleerd, dan zit het pas écht in de laatste schroef."
