Samen met je collega zorg je ervoor dat ons gebouw en de technische installaties goed blijven functioneren. Geen dag is helemaal hetzelfde: het ene moment volg je de luchtgroepen of het brandmeldingssysteem op, het volgende moment voer je een herstelling uit, help je met een technisch probleem of neem je verfwerken in een kamer voor je rekening.

Ook kleine renovatiewerken, het regelen van afvalcontainers en andere ondersteunende logistieke zaken behoren tot jouw takenpakket Als technisch aanspreekpunt help je bewoners, familieleden, bezoekers en medewerkers verder en zorg je voor een goede opvolging van al hun technische vragen.

Vanuit je opleiding en/of werkervaring heb je een brede technische basis. Elektriciteit, bouw en technieken zijn voor jou vertrouwd terrein en je kan terugkijken op een aantal jaren werkervaring in een technische functie. Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar bent ook een echte teamplayer.

Je bent vlot en toegankelijk in de omgang en helpt bewoners, familieleden, bezoekers en collega’s graag verder met hun vragen. Dankzij een goede planning en jouw gevoel voor prioriteiten blijven de onderhoudstaken overzichtelijk en goed opgevolgd. Tegelijk ben je flexibel genoeg om je planning om te gooien wanneer er onverwacht iets tussenkomt.
