In onze fabriek draait een uitgebreid machinepark, met extruders, spuitgietmachines, sorteerlijnen en recyclinginstallaties. Een technische omgeving waar je elke dag iets anders ziet. Het machinepark draait veel en dat vraagt om goed onderhoud. Een monteur van de technische dienst houdt deze installaties draaiende en zorgt dat storingen snel worden opgelost. We hebben zowel nieuwe als oudere machines, en die oudere hebben soms karakter (en af en toe een eigen wil). Veiligheid en kwaliteit zijn belangrijk, en we zorgen dat alles overzichtelijk en goed georganiseerd is. Bij ons werken productie, techniek en logistiek nauw samen. We zijn praktisch ingesteld: we pakken aan en zorgen dat alles blijft lopen. En als er eens gelachen wordt? Dat mag. De machines kunnen best tegen een grapje - zolang ze blijven draaien. De Baan Ben jij de onderhoudsmonteur die graag werkt met techniek en machines? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou. Als medewerker technische dienst voer je onderhoud uit aan onze productie-installaties, los je storingen op en voer je reparaties uit. Je werkt met mechanische onderdelen, maar ook met elektrotechnische systemen en je bent gewend om te meten, testen en te analyseren. Je zorgt ervoor dat machines veilig werken en je controleert of alles volgens de regels verloopt. Daarnaast help je mee bij verbeteringen, zoals het aanpassen van onderdelen of het optimaliseren van processen. Je werkt in een team, maar je kunt ook zelfstandig aan de slag als dat nodig is.
