We zijn geen enorme fabriek, maar we draaien wel op een professioneel niveau. Iedereen kent elkaar, wat zorgt voor een open sfeer en snelle communicatie. Continuïteit is bij ons de kern van het werk. Onze installaties moeten blijven draaien en daarom is technische dienst een cruciale pijler. We werken praktisch en efficiënt, met duidelijke taken en korte lijnen. Als er iets gebeurt, dan pakken we het direct aan en zorgen we dat het snel weer werkt. Veiligheid en kwaliteit zijn bij ons vanzelfsprekend. Maar we zijn ook gewoon mensen: er wordt hier gelachen, zelfs wanneer een machine besluit om onverwacht pauze te nemen. We hebben een no-nonsense mentaliteit en een hands-on cultuur, waarin je echt het verschil kunt maken. De Baan Als Medewerker Technische Dienst zorg jij dat onze machines blijven draaien. Je voert preventief onderhoud uit, verhelpt storingen en doet kleine aanpassingen en verbeteringen. Je werkt zelfstandig en schakelt vlot met productie. En ja, bij storingen geldt bij ons: "Als je denkt dat je alles hebt gecontroleerd, dan zit het pas écht in de laatste schroef." Ben jij een service monteur met een hands-on mentaliteit?
