Medewerker Technische Dienst - Q-Park (regio Utrecht/Amersfoort)

Storingen verhelpen, installaties inspecteren en zorgen dat automobilisten zonder gedoe in- en uitrijden. Als medewerker technische dienst bij Q-Park in de regio Utrecht/Amersfoort houd jij het parkeerproces draaiend. Van slagbomen en betaalautomaten tot brandmeld- en rookafvoerinstallaties – jij houdt alles veilig en bedrijfsklaar. Mét klanttevredenheid als hoogste prioriteit. Hoe ziet jouw rol in het team eruit?

Het snel en vakkundig oplossen van storingen aan de parkeer gerelateerde installaties (PGI) staat centraal in je werk. Om de kans op storingen te verkleinen en de systemen beschikbaar te houden, voer je daarnaast preventief onderhoud en inspecties uit. Alles wat je doet, registreer en rapporteer je nauwkeurig in het ticketsysteem, zodat collega's en klanten altijd inzicht hebben in de voortgang.

Het verhelpen van storingen gebeurt zowel remote als op locatie. Een softwarematig probleem is vaak direct opgelost, terwijl je bij een hardwarematig defect onderdelen vervangt. Bij een groter incident, zoals een aangereden terminal of een stroomstoring, schakel je snel met collega's en leveranciers om de dienstverlening zo snel mogelijk te herstellen.

Tijdens storingsdiensten ben je beschikbaar voor calamiteiten zoals opsluitingen, omzetkritische storingen en brandmeldingen. Ter plaatse beoordeel je de situatie en neem je de nodige acties voor de veiligheid en continuïteit, samen met de meldkamer (QCR) die 24/7 bereikbaar is. Eens per vier weken draai je een storingsdienst van maandag tot en met zondag van 19.00 tot 07.00 uur. Je meldt je dan vanuit huis aan via de groepsapp en geeft door naar welke locatie je onderweg bent. Na een storingsdienst van gemiddeld 48 uur ben je de maandag erna roostervrij.
