Wil jij goed verdienen én tegelijkertijd waardevolle commerciële ervaring opdoen? Als Medewerker Telefonische Acquisitie ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor potentiële zakelijke klanten en help je mee om nieuwe afspraken voor de buitendienst te realiseren. voor 24 tot 40 uur per week. Je verdient tussen de €15,25 en €17 bruto per uur en kunt daarnaast extra verdienen. Je krijgt een uitgebreide training, werkt alleen overdag en bent iedere vrijdagmiddag al vrij.

Wat ga je doen? Als Medewerker Telefonische Acquisitie benader je telefonisch potentiële zakelijke klanten. Je voert korte, enthousiaste gesprekken waarin je ontdekt of er interesse is in de producten en dienstverlening op het gebied van EHBO en bedrijfsveiligheid. Bij interesse zorg jij ervoor dat er een afspraak wordt ingepland met een collega van de buitendienst.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Telefonisch benaderen van potentiële zakelijke klanten; - Voeren van enthousiaste en klantgerichte gesprekken; - Herkennen van kansen en inspelen op de behoeften van klanten; - Bijhouden van klantgegevens en gespreksresultaten; - Beheren en vullen van de agenda's van vertegenwoordigers; - Samenwerken met collega's om commerciële doelstellingen te behalen.

Je hoeft nog geen ervaring te hebben in sales of een callcenter. Je start met een uitgebreide training waarin je leert hoe je professionele telefoongesprekken voert, hoe je verschillende klanten benadert en hoe je op een natuurlijke manier commerciële kansen herkent.

Wat bieden wij? - Een bruto uurloon van €15,25 tot €17,00 en mogelijkheid om extra te verdienen; - Een functie voor 24 tot 40 uur per week; - Een uitgebreide training en persoonlijke begeleiding; - 25 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime dienstverband en 8,33% vakantietoeslag; - Pensioenregeling vanaf je eerste werkdag; - Werktijden van maandag tot en met donderdag tussen 08.00 en 17.00 uur; - Op vrijdag werk je tot uiterlijk 14.30 uur, waardoor je vroeg aan je weekend begint.
