Als medewerker Verkoop Binnendienst ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen onze klanten, vertegenwoordigers en de interne organisatie. Je ondersteunt het volledige verkoopproces, bewaakt de voortgang van orders en offertes en zorgt ervoor dat klanten snel en professioneel geholpen worden. Dankzij jouw commerciële instelling en organisatorische vaardigheden loopt alles soepel van aanvraag tot levering. Geen dag is hetzelfde! Wat ga je doen? - Je verwerkt verkooporders en bewaakt een correcte en tijdige afhandeling. - Je stelt offertes op en volgt deze actief op. - Je onderhoudt klantgegevens en verwerkt wijzigingen in het ERP-systeem. - Je bewaakt uitstaande orders, offertes en contractafspraken. - Je signaleert afwijkingen en zoekt samen met klanten en collega's naar passende oplossingen. - Je ondersteunt de buitendienst en zorgt voor een goede overdracht van informatie. - Je legt afgesproken prijzen, kortingen en voorwaarden vast en past deze correct toe. - Je onderhoudt contact met klanten en informeert hen over producten, levertijden en mogelijkheden. - Je promoot producten en adviseert klanten over passende oplossingen. - Je houdt het offertelogboek actueel. - Je plant verkooporders in en bewaakt de voortgang. - Je maakt retourverzoeken aan en zorgt voor een correcte afhandeling. - Je denkt mee over productontwikkelingen en nieuwe commerciële kansen. - Je blijft op de hoogte van productwijzigingen, innovaties en marktontwikkelingen.
