Wat ga je doen? In deze rol ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en help je hen bij vragen over verzekeringen. Je zorgt voor een correcte en vlotte afhandeling van claims en denkt actief mee over passende oplossingen. Je combineert klantgerichtheid met commercieel inzicht en weet kansen te signaleren, zonder het belang van de klant uit het oog te verliezen.

Wat vragen wij? Ervaring in de verzekeringsbranche; bereidheid om jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen en up-to-date te blijven binnen het vakgebied; klantgericht talent met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden; empathisch vermogen, gecombineerd met commercieel inzicht; collegiale instelling en een prettige persoonlijkheid; een echte teamplayer met een proactieve en zelfstandige werkhouding; je bent niet bang om initiatief te nemen en zaken op te pakken; beschikbaar voor minimaal 24 uur per week.

Wie ben jij? Je bent iemand die energie haalt uit het helpen van anderen en graag meedenkt met klanten. Je schakelt makkelijk, communiceert helder en werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband effectief samen.
