Medewerker Werkplaats 's-Hertogenbosch | Fulltime | 32-40 uur

Jij werkt in onze prefab werkplaats aan installaties die straks in woningen door heel Nederland worden toegepast. Van riolering en waterleidingen tot vloerverwarming, warmtepompen en warmtekasten. Samen met je collega’s zorg je ervoor dat installatieonderdelen goed worden voorbereid, samengesteld en montageklaar naar de bouwplaats gaan.

Door steeds meer installatiewerk vooraf in onze eigen werkplaats uit te voeren, kunnen onze monteurs op locatie sneller en efficiënter werken. Jij speelt daarin een belangrijke rol. Je werkt aan de hand van projectgegevens en aanwijzingen van de chef werkplaats en zorgt dat maatvoering en aansluitingen kloppen. Zo draag je direct bij aan de kwaliteit van onze woningbouwprojecten.

Wat ga je doen?

- Prefabriceren van riolering, standleidingen en water- en C.V.-leidingen voor woningen

- Assembleren van onder andere vloerverwarmingsverdelers, inbouwframes en watermeterbeugels

- Voorbereiden van dakdoorvoeren voor riolering en mechanische ventilatie

- Samenstellen en voorbereiden van leidingwerk en onderdelen voor warmtepompen en warmtekasten

- Controleren van maatvoering en aansluitingen en installatieonderdelen montageklaar maken voor de bouwplaats

Wie zoeken we?

- Je hebt LBO werk- en denkniveau, verkregen door opleiding of ervaring

- Je hebt technisch inzicht en werkt graag met je handen

- Je werkt nauwkeurig en kunt werkzaamheden goed organiseren en structureren

- Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal voldoende om werkinstructies te begrijpen en met collega’s te communiceren

- Je beschikt over een diploma Basisveiligheid VCA (VCA-B)
