Als Medior Adviseur Ruimtelijke Ordening werk je binnen een toonaangevende adviesgroep aan projecten die de leefomgeving van morgen vormgeven, met ruimte om je expertise verder te verdiepen. Je adviseert opdrachtgevers over ruimtelijke procedures, beleid en haalbaarheid. Je werkt zelfstandig aan onderdelen van projecten en stemt jouw adviezen zorgvuldig af met collega's, overheden en andere betrokkenen. - Opstellen van ruimtelijke onderbouwingen en adviezen - Begeleiden van bestemmingsplan- en omgevingsplanprocedures - Analyseren van beleid, regelgeving en ruimtelijke kansen - Onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers en overheden - Bijdragen aan kennisdeling en verdere ontwikkeling van dienstverlening Functie-eisen Je hebt een relevante achtergrond in ruimtelijke ordening en inmiddels enkele jaren ervaring opgedaan binnen een adviesbureau, overheid of vergelijkbare omgeving. Je combineert inhoudelijke nauwkeurigheid met een heldere manier van adviseren en weet complexe informatie begrijpelijk te maken. - Hbo- of wo-opleiding in Ruimtelijke Ordening, Planologie, Sociale Geografie of vergelijkbaar - 3 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring - Kennis van de Omgevingswet en ruimtelijke procedures - Sterke schriftelijke en mondelinge beheersing van de Nederlandse taal - Ervaring met projectmatig werken en contact met stakeholders Arbeidsvoorwaarden Je krijgt goede arbeidsvoorwaarden en werkt in een omgeving waar professionele groei serieus wordt genomen.
