In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het adviseren van cliënten over complexe belastingvraagstukken en het verzorgen van belastingaangiften. Cliënten zijn zowel familiebedrijven als MKB ondernemers. Je hebt een actieve rol in het ontwikkelen van fiscale strategieën en het optimaliseren van belastingprocessen. Je werkt nauw samen met zowel interne teams als externe partijen om hoogwaardige dienstverlening te garanderen en klantrelaties te versterken. Wat heb je nodig: - Afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding in Fiscale Economie of Belastingrecht. - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Belastingadviseur. - Grondige kennis van belastingwetgeving en -regelgeving. - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte instelling. - Proactieve houding en in staat om zelfstandig te werken. Waar kun je op rekenen: - Een salaris tussen €3.000 en €4.500 per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring. - Flexibele werktijden en de mogelijkheid tot hybride werken. - Ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en vaktechnische trainingen. - Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder een bonusregeling en pensioenopbouw.
