Als Medior Bouwkundig Adviseur Bouwprojectmanager werk je aan uitdagende nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten binnen onder andere utiliteitsbouw en maatschappelijk vastgoed. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om jouw bouwkundige kennis verder te ontwikkelen. Wat ga je doen? Als Medior Bouwkundig Adviseur Bouwprojectmanager begeleid je voor onze opdrachtgever uiteenlopende bouwprojecten van initiatief tot oplevering. Je werkt bijvoorbeeld aan scholen, kantoren, sportaccommodaties en andere utiliteitsgebouwen. Daarbij adviseer je opdrachtgevers over bouwkundige oplossingen en zorg je dat plannen technisch en praktisch uitvoerbaar zijn. Je houdt overzicht over de planning, het budget, de kwaliteit en de verschillende belangen binnen het project. Ook ben je betrokken bij ontwerptrajecten, contractvorming, aanbestedingen en de realisatiefase. Tijdens het bouwproces ben je als Medior Bouwkundig Adviseur Bouwprojectmanager een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, adviseurs, ontwerpers en uitvoerende partijen. Je signaleert technische knelpunten en komt met oplossingen die passen bij het project en de beschikbare middelen. Daarbij combineer je bouwkundig advies met projectmanagement en zorg je dat afspraken duidelijk worden vastgelegd en opgevolgd. Ook krijg je de ruimte om klantrelaties verder uit te bouwen en kansen voor nieuwe projecten te herkennen. Zo werk je aan complexe bouwprojecten én ontwikkel je jezelf verder richting senior adviseur of projectmanager.
