Als Medior Bouwprojectmanager ben jij de spil in het bouwproces. Je begeleidt projecten van de eerste plannen tot en met de oplevering, waarbij je zorgt dat alles volgens planning, binnen budget en met de juiste kwaliteit wordt gerealiseerd. Je werkt nauw samen met opdrachtgevers, architecten, aannemers en andere betrokken partijen. Jouw rol is cruciaal in het bewaken van de voortgang en het oplossen van uitdagingen die zich tijdens het bouwproces voordoen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor alle partijen en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen op één lijn zit. Daarnaast krijg je de kans om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen het vakgebied. Het bureau investeert in de groei van zijn medewerkers en biedt mogelijkheden om je kennis te verbreden op gebieden zoals brandveiligheid, aanbestedingen of vastgoedmanagement. Je kunt doorgroeien naar een seniorrol of je specialiseren in een specifiek vakgebied, afhankelijk van jouw ambities en interesses. Jouw taken in het kort: - Begeleiden van bouwprojecten in de utiliteitsbouw van start tot oplevering; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit gedurende het gehele bouwproces; - Afstemmen met opdrachtgevers, architecten, aannemers en andere stakeholders; - Opstellen van planningen, rapportages en voortgangsbewaking; - Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten tijdens de uitvoering; - Adviseren over bouwkundige vraagstukken en procesoptimalisatie.
