Voor ons Analytics en AI-team zoeken we een Medior Data Scientist die graag technische oplossingen bouwt en opdrachtgevers helpt om betere beslissingen te nemen. Je werkt voor uiteenlopende organisaties, zoals Circle8, V&VN, Riff en NOC*NSF. De vraagstukken verschillen per opdrachtgever. De ene keer ontwikkel je een voorspellend model, de andere keer bouw je een datapipeline of werk je aan een toepassing met generatieve AI. Wat ga je doen? Samen met je collega's help je opdrachtgevers bij complexe data- en AI-vraagstukken. Je brengt hun uitdaging terug tot een heldere aanpak en vertaalt data naar inzichten, modellen en toepassingen die in de praktijk gebruikt kunnen worden. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - - Het ontsluiten, structureren en combineren van data uit verschillende bronnen. - - Het ontwikkelen en onderhouden van betrouwbare datapipelines. - - Het bouwen, testen en verbeteren van machinelearning- en AI-modellen. - - Het ontwikkelen van toepassingen met large language models, bijvoorbeeld met Retrieval-Augmented Generation. - - Het werken met embeddings, vector databases en verschillende methoden om de kwaliteit van LLM-toepassingen te testen en te verbeteren. - - Het vertalen van prototypes naar veilige, schaalbare en beheersbare productieoplossingen. - - Het deployen en monitoren van modellen, scripts en applicaties in Azure of Google Cloud Platform. - - Het adviseren van opdrachtgevers over datastrategie, AI-mogelijkheden en technische keuzes. - - Het begeleiden van junior collega's en delen van jouw kennis binnen het team.
